گزارش بالینی اولین مورد بیماری مشمشه در ببر سیبری )Panthera tigris altaica(

در تاریخ ششم دیماه سال 89بر بالین ببرآمور(سیبری) نر و سه ساله مقیم باغ وحش تهران علائم خونریزی دو طرفه از بینی، دیسپنه دمی، زخم هایمتعدد جلدی به خصوص در ناحیه دم، سینه و اندام های حرکتی، بی اشتهایی و پرنوشی مشاهده گشت.پس از نمونه برداری از ترشحات بینی باسیل دو قطبی هوازی و غیر متحرک به شکل خالص جدا شد که با توجه به تغذیه با گوشت الاغ فاقد تستمالئین و سابقه وجود بیماری مشابه در شیرهای باغ وحش که به همان صورت تغذیه می شدند، بیمار مشکوک به بیماری مشمشه در نظر گرفته شد کهمورد تایید PCRنیز قرار گرفت.در معاینه متعاقب مرگ بیمار زخم های جلدی همراه فیستول و ترشحات زرد و کرم رنگ، ندول های متعدد داخل بینی و تخریب و تخریش مخاط بینیجلب توجه می کرد و بیمار FIVمثبت نیز تشخیص داده شد
